Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Uses the patient’s own concentrated platelet cells to help regenerate tissue, reduce inflammation, and restore function. This therapy helps regenerate cartilage in joints and ligaments, and reduce inflammation caused by injury and osteoarthritis; therefore, relieving pain and improving function. PRP therapy can be beneficial in joints such as knees, hips, shoulders, and more. There’s very low chance of side effects because this uses the patient’s own cells.
