Stephanie Bridges is a board- certified nurse practitioner with a concentration in family practice. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University in December 2015. Stephanie completed her undergraduate studies at William Carey College School of Nursing in February 2004 and obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing with honors and was subsequently inducted into Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
Stephanie began her journey of providing care for patients when she was a little girl caring for her great-grandparents and grandparents. She started her nursing career on a medical-surgical unit at Mercy Hospital in New Orleans for one year until Hurricane Katrina swept through the city. She evacuated to Lawrenceville, Georgia and she continued her nursing career by providing care for patients at Emory University Hospital and home health patients in Atlanta.
Living out a dream and a promise to her grandmother before she passed away, Stephanie decided to further her education and become a Nurse Practitioner. Stephanie is an enthusiastic team member at Georgia Pain and Wellness Center and looks forward to continuing her journey of providing exceptional care to her patients and giving back to the community in which she lives.
